Ms. Bagla practices corporate and securities law, representing clients in private and public offerings, public company representation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance counseling. Ms. Bagla joined Catalyst Law Group to represent clients in a broad range of industries, including but not limited to technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and life science. Ms. Bagla brings with her a special knowledge and understanding of international and domestic business, as well as a strong understanding of securities laws and capital markets.
Ms. Bagla first began her career with a Fortune 500 global biotechnology company. She then joined an international based reputable law firm in San Diego, where she advised clients regarding listing on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, regulations on exporting goods into China, operations in Europe, and advising a client as to its operations in Dubai.
Ms. Bagla earned her Bachelor of Science degree at California State University, Hayward. She also earned a Bachelor of Laws, with honors, from the University of Wales, Swansea, and a Master of Laws from Whittier Law School.
